Originally released for our kids holiday cupcake classes these cupcakes are designed with their little hands in mind.  So you will find it super easy to create these cupcakes with limited baking skills.

Our easy cupcake kits are designed to make you feel like a whizz in the kitchen.  They’ll be so surprised what amazing cupcakes they can create with our easy step-by-step instructions and video tutorials

How do our easy cupcake kits work?

You receive everything you need in your cupcake kit to make a set of cute cupcakes.  From the cake mix and icing to the precoloured fondant in the quantities you need.  No wastage here.  Cupcake cases, food colouring and any other little cake decorating details your DIY cupcake kit includes.

The step-by-step photographs and instructions on the recipe card and the addition of Baker Girl Lou’s video demonstrations created especially for kids make creating these cupcakes easy for them. Join our amazing FB community group for free access to Lou’s videos.

We have a choice of cake flavours to choose from, too – vanilla or chocolate cake.

We have allergy-friendly DIY cupcake kits

Do you have allergies or guests with allergies? We have you covered with that too.  We can send you Gluten-Free Cupcake Kits and Dairy-Free and Nut-free Cupcake Kits.   Check out our ingredients page.

How long does the kit take to make?

Cupcake Kits take longer to make than standard cake kits as you are creating an individual design on each cupcake. Think 24 sets of eyes instead of 1 on a cake.  So you need to allow a much longer baking time than our normal cakes.

As a guide allow 2- 3 hours for 12 cupcakes 4-5 hours for 24 cupcakes. The name and number cupcakes are much quicker to make as they are all the same design style.   You can make your cupcake fondant pieces in advance and store them in an airtight container to save time.

What designs do you offer?

Each time a cupcake kit is released to our Holiday Cupcake Class it will then become part of our standard cupcake kit range. So the number of kits available will continue to grow.

So far we have, beach cupcakes, bunny cupcakes, butterfly cupcakes, flower cupcakes, Halloween faces cupcakes, monster cupcakes and Christmas cupcakes.

We have also created some extra ranges, especially for you.  We have age cupcakes, milestone cupcakes, anniversary cupcakes, name cupcakes, graduation cupcakes and bestie cupcakes.

Kids Cupcake Party Kits

We also offer kids cupcake decorating kits for parties. These supercharged versions of our normal cupcake kits are design to make it easier for you have lots of kids decorating together.

In addition to a normal kit, party kits come with multiple sets of cutters, extra fondant to allow for wastage and creative imaginations and cupcake travel boxes so that guest can easily take their cupcake creations home.

We also offer Cake 2 The Rescue Aprons and Baking Tool Kits which add to the fun on the day and make a great party bag gift to take home.

Kids Holiday Cupcake Classes

If you’re looking for a fun activity for the kids these holidays our limited release kids cupcake kits are perfect.

These limited release cupcake kits are the perfect way to keep your kids busy in the school holidays and to help celebrate seasonal occasions like Easter, Mother’s Day, Halloween and Christmas.

We release cupcakes around one month before each holiday season, keep an eye out for new releases by following us on Instagram or Facebook.
