When will you post my kit after I’ve placed my order?
We’ll dispatch your order the next business day.
My son’s birthday isn’t until next month, when should I place my order?
It’s no problem to pre-order your cake kit.  You’ll be asked to add a BAKING DATE when you place your order. Then we’ll send out your order according to that date, so that it arrives in plenty of time but is fresh for baking.
Do you offer pick up?

We do not offer pick up but we do offer a reduced gold coast local postage rate for postcodes 4210-4269

Can my parcel be left without signature?
Yes, you can choose “Authority to Leave” at checkout.  Please make sure you have a safe place out of the sun and rain to leave the kit.
I need my kit in a rush, do you offer Express Shipping?
Yes, we offer Express Shipping with Australia post for $19.95. If you are worried about your order arriving on time call us on 0438 01 02 04 to confirm before you order.
Can I track my order?
Yes, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number after dispatch so that you are able to track your orders progress.
Do you ship overseas?
We only ship within Australia.  But customers in New Zealand can purchase from our NZ Website www.cake2therescue.co.nz
What are your shipping terms and conditions?
Delivery is performed within the deadlines provided for direct delivery to the addressee or, if the addressee is absent, by a notice informing him/her of the availability of the parcel.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Delivery deadlines are indicated as accurately as possible. Cake 2 The Rescue is not responsible for delivery delays following dispatch of your order. No damages or compensation will be due in the event of delivery deadlines being exceeded. However, if the product has not been delivered 10 days after the delivery date indicated and this is due for any reason other than force majeure, the sale may then be cancelled and the buyer may be refunded the price paid to the exclusion of any other damages or compensation. If you select “Authority to Leave”, we take no responsibility for condition of goods after they have been delivered without signature.
